np: caught in the rain - revis
does anyone else think its weird that i wait til midnight to start doing my homework and must have itunes, the internet AND timtams by my side before i start? oh well..
today was a bloody long day in school. started at 9 and ended at 6.15...woke up late and had no time for breakfast, so stopped to get coffee from union house before going for physics. can i just say that i love the guy who runs the italian place in union? he's a total 50yr old latin lover wannabe, who compliments EVERY GIRL who walks in, but i don't care. i love him anyway. and he makes the best.coffee.ever. its very nice to go talk to him when nobody else is around in the morning.had bio prac which was really fun. we had this CSI type of thing...they gave us a murder case and 4 suspects...and evidence obtained from 4 suspects, along with their testimonies and our task was to find out whodunnit. and they all had weird plant related names like paul encell (pollen cell :S). can i just say that botany is the most boring thing EVER? and i think my lecturer is a drug pusher on the side. he seems to know an AWFUL LOT about cannabis. like how this much number of plants will produce this much amount of drugs for consumption and whats the perfect fertilizer to use etc etc...hahaha...the lt was in stunned silence for half a minute when he started his cannabis talk, then this nervous laughter started breaking out. aiyoh, damn weird la...not like uni profs need extra $$ and have to resort to this kind of thing right?? wtf...
had another weird thought. that day i walked by and smiled at this professor who had given a guest bio lecture early in the year. and he's a NOBEL PRIZE WINNER...like what the hell...the closest i'd ever got to an award winning teacher was my asshole of a tamil teacher in sec2 who wanted us to nominate him for Singapore's Best Tamil Teacher Award....and now i'm walking past a NOBEL LAUREATE....hello how bloody out of this world is that? and my chem lecturer plus my bio tutor have both won other awards in their particular fields but ask students to call them by their first names...haha..its a culture shock.
ok i give up on this bloody phys tut...its pointless..nobody does it anyway.and nobody talks in my class either.
ok its 110am now..i'm tired. i hate physics. i need food. and im already looking forward to tmr morning's coffee...how much of a caffeine addict am i right about now? a big one. to the point where i just have to smell coffee and i get happy.oh well, at least i'm not addicted to cannabis.
